摘要

傳統式射出成型的作業流程,是以順序性的方式來進行,而產品幾何模
型是依據產品設計師的經驗.研判或猜測所做出的設計,但往往產品設計師
並沒有完整製程開發(如模具設計)專業的知識,且沒有真正可以依循的
方法或輔助工具來輔佐產品設計師,導致產品設計與製程開發相關因素發
生衝突,而這些衝突的問題上,產品可脫模性的問題是經常發生,這些產品
可脫模性的問題包括了脫模方向.分模線的決定及死角的處理等有不正確
的決策,使得日後反覆進行設計變更. 本研究主要目的在提出一套同步
式射出成型可脫模性評估流程與方法,而能有系統且有效地解決產品設計
階段問題的方法,包括了淨形製程合理化的改善.脫模方向評估方法.分模
線評估方法.死角部位尋找方法.計算所需脫模機構的數目.以及強制脫模
評估方法等.可輔助產品設計師進行產品設計時,有依循的方法,並以此方
法為基礎,建構一套同步式射出成型可脫模評估模組(Concurrent
Injection MoldingEjectability Evaluation Module, CIMEEM),來做為
產品設計師輔助工具,使得產品設計與製程開發相關因素能做有效地整合,
並且使產品設計.模具設計及製程設計三者能同步.

Abstract


Traditional injection molding product development is a
sequential process.Geometric model of the product is constructed
by the product designer with experience, criterion or guess, but
the product designer usually has no enoughknowledge in process
development (ex:mold design) and has no genericmethod or aided-
tool, which leads to the conflicting problems between thefactors
of product design and process development. One of the
problemfrequently occurred is ejectability. The problem of
ejectability, including thewrong decisions on draw direction,
parting line and disposal of undercut, willcause the repeated
changes of design afterwards. The purpose of this thesis is
to develop a process and a method ofconcurrent ejectability
assessment for injection molding, which can efficientlyand
systematically solve the product design problems. These include
therationalization in net shape process, the calculation of
number of ejectionmechanism, the method of undercut searching,
the assessment of draw direction,parting line, and coercible
ejection. Based on the proposed method, aConcurrent Injection
Molding Ejectability Evaluation Module has beendeveloped as
computer-aided tool which is used to integrate the product
designwith process development successfully and to make product
design, moldingdesign and process design concurrent.
