摘要

知識管理為二十一世紀很重要的管理模式之一,企業能掌握公司的知識資產並且求新求變,方能在這個競爭激烈的時代中脫穎而出。研發由於涉及高度的知識應用與產生,成為知識管理極為重要的應用領域,研發知識管理不只限於研發部本身,須要與公司其他部門整合,形成全面的協同研發知識管理系統。 由於研發為高度知識密集工作,知識多來自於工程師的內隱知識,如何將內隱知識轉換成外顯知識,並且導入同步工程概念,及協同研發作業。則是研發知識管理重要的三項課題。 本研究之主要目的,在於將協同研發及知識管理導入於研發流程,以便能達到節省研發成本,縮短研發時程,掌控研發進度及費用,滿足客戶需求,研發知識文件管理,研發知識累積創新等多項目標。 具體結果及貢獻如下: 1. KM-based之協同研發模式設計。 2. 協同研發之知識管理導入方法研究。 3. 協同研發知識管理功能模式設計。

Abstract

In 21 century, Knowledge Management is a very important management model. The organization who can manage the knowledge assets and keep improve, and then the organization can stand out from those competitions. However, How to develop knowledge management is the most important part. Development Knowledge management is not only focusing on “development”; it also needs to co-work with all departments to build up a comprehensive Collaborative development Knowledge Management system. Due to “development” is a highly knowledge-intensive task and the most of knowledge are come from engineers’ tacit knowledge. So how to transfer the tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge; import Concurrent engineering concept, and coordinate development task are the top three important topics of Knowledge Management development. The main purpose of this study is focus on how to import the “Collaborative development” and “knowledge management” into development process. Through this process to reduce development cost, shorten development period, control development progress and budget, satisfy customers’ need, develop knowledge documentation, accumulate and innovate the development knowledge, and so on. The purposes of this study are: 1.To design of collaborative development model that base on the KM. 2.To research the introduce KM for the collaborative development. 3.To design the Function of the collaborative development knowledge management .
